From CCS v12-based instructions: "Disable the data cache by unchecking the Data Cache Enabled in the Tools > ARM Advanced Features.:\"

Is there an equivalent to this in CCS 20?

This is not yet available. It is tentatively planned for CCS 20.3.0 though:

I raised this topic with engineering just now to make sure it is on their radar.
