I can see below describe in datasheet, but I still want to know, if customer let this VPP power always on, what is the exact influence to AM62A?
The following hardware requirements must be met when programming keys in the OTP eFuses:

The VPP power supply must be disabled when not programming OTP registers.

The VPP power supply must be ramped up after the proper device power-up sequence (for more details, see
Section 7.9.2.2, Power Supply Sequencing).
the question is because of customer report TPS6593 LDO2 will always on, even they pull down the GPIO9. I am still trying to get more detail about this issue to make sure this is real issue.
