In CCS < V20 the expressions window could be exported to and imported from a .txt file.

Is there an equivalent in CCS V20+?

There currently is no equivalent in CCSv20. I filed a ticket for this: https://sir.ext.ti.com/jira/browse/EXT_EP-12251
