What would be the reason that the WKUP_OSC0, which is powered from VDDA_WKUP, is expected to start up only between times T3 & T4 during the power on sequence - whereas the OSC1 which is powered from VDDA_OSC1 is expected to start as soon as its supply (VDDA_OSC1) starts to rise?
What is enabling the ramp of WKUP_OSC0?
