DRA78XEVM: different DDR chips compatibility for DRA78x

Hi TI colleagues:
In the current design, Micron DDR chips (MT41K128M16JT-125 AAT: K and MT41K64M16TW-107 AAT: J ) are used with DRA78x.
From cost-down perspective, we're planning to involve ISSI DDR chips (IS46TR16128DL-125KBLA2 and IS46TR16640CL-107MBLA2) and SAM DDR chips(K4B2G1646F-BHMA).
Do you have any compatibility tests about these ddr chips from ISSI and SAM?
Does the replacement have any risks of compatibility?
