Please tell me, there is an RX option in the options of TI SysConfig tool, as shown in the following pictures.

What is the main difference between whether these RX options are checked or not?
If you want to use it as a bidirectional signal pin (such as GPIO), does the RX option need to be checked?

The Rx Active field above enables the receiver mode for the PIN when checked/set.

Yes this field needs to set if the pin wants to support bidirectional signal.
