TDA4VM: EV KIT BOOTING Problem

Part Number: TDA4VM

Tool/software:

Hello
I'm using RPOC078A  and 79A using TDA4VM EV-KIT.

Currently, there is an intermittent phenomenon that the product cannot be booted, so I'm inquiring.
The power input to VCCA_3V3(U27-4PIN), which is PMIC input, is confirmed to be normal,
but I am inquiring because the power output of PMIC is not working.(1.8V, 0.8V Just 0V)

When this phenomenon occurs, it consumes about 900 mA, which consumes about 500 mA, and it is believed that low-frequency sound is generated on the board.
nPWRON/ENABLE input Vol: 3.3V

Please check.

Thank you.
  • As part of its Functional Safety features, the PMIC performs power checks prior to powering a rail.  If the power rail has voltage (referred to as residual voltage) on the rail, the PMIC will flag an error and not abort its power-up sequence.  For example, this can happen on and EVM if the power switch is toggle too fast, and the existing power rails have not had time to fully discharge.
