Maxim SERDES is not supported in the standard released SDK. So you would require to add this support. 

Regarding CSITX support, CSITX node is already supported in the OpenVX framework.

I have added driver for maxim serdes in inside pdk, I need support on application to display image over csitx pin.

Also I need an understanding of how R5F is controlling Csitx pin and How linux application can send data to R5F. Any sample application to Test this flow.

Well, there is no example in the vision apps, which uses CSITX, but it can be easily changed, please refer to below FAQ. in this FAQ, output is changed from DSS to CSITX in few examples.. You can then use these examples for streaming out data from CSITX.

Please provide FAQ link. Is it required to do test with Vision app or I can use baremetal code like csitx_transmit_test_main.c, 

Could please provide flow for how an app can use this api for displaying raw image (*.png) to display over csitx (controlled by R5F side).

I am not able to understand how an linux application can used to control R5F core.

Thanks for link, I found that It is RTOS based but as mentioned in description we have requirement for baremetal code Can you please guide how to implement it for displaying image over csitx.

Is it mandatory to use vision-app and openvx to display image over csitx?

Standalone example is available in the packages\ti\drv\csitx\examples\csitx_transmit_test\src\ folder. It can be build for baremetal mode. But you would need to add SERDES specific configuration in this code. 

Please note this example can be run in CCS mode or in SBL mode.

You will need to boot in no-boot mode, connect CCS using JTAG and then load this binary to run it. You can find more information on SDK documentation..

Thanks for description, I want to load a dummy pattern image. Is it possible to load it via csitx transmit example.

Also, I would like to know How "vision app + openvx" can be built for "Linux + baremetal" code. If yes then what all changes might be required.  

Well, you can update this example to load fixed dummy patter and then send it out via CSITX.

I tried building and running csitx_transmit_example  on board using symlink as below

 j784s4-main-r5f0_0-fw -> /home/root/csitx_transmit_testapp_freertos_mcu2_0_release.xer5f

I am not getting any log on console regarding csitx. Can you please help

You need to run this example using CCS + JTAG, as this is a standalone example..
