Tool/software:
Hi All,
I want to do an OSPI boot on the evaluation board SK-AM64B, but it does not boot.
Could you please tell me the boot procedure?
[Procedure]
1. Install ti-processor-sdk-linux-rt-am64xx-evm-10.01.10.04-Linux-x86-Install.bin.
2. Write OSPI according to the following site information.
3.1.1.7. OSPI/QSPI NOR/NAND - Processor SDK AM64X Documentation
3. After completing the writing, start the SK-AM64B with the following SW settings.
SW3:
Pin 1 (Bit 7): OFF
Pin 2 (Bit 6): OFF
Pin 3 (Bit 5): OFF
Pin 4 (Bit 4): OFF
Pin 5 (Bit 3): ON
Pin 6 (Bit 2): OFF
Pin 7 (Bit 1): ON
Pin 8 (Bit 0): ON
(Set value: 0000 1011)
SW2:
Pin 1 (Bit 15): OFF
Pin 2 (Bit 14): OFF
Pin 3 (Bit 13): OFF
Pin 4 (Bit 12): OFF
Pin 5 (Bit 11): OFF
Pin 6 (Bit 10): OFF
Pin 7 (Bit 9): OFF
Pin 8 (Bit 8): OFF
(Set value: 0000 0000)
4. After setting SW, SK-AM64B is started, but OSPI boot is not performed and nothing is output to debug console.
If the dipswitch is changed to SPI mode as it is, it boots.
The following is the log at SPI boot.

Best Regards,
Ito
