Hello TI support,

the application note SPRADP7A describes two different modes of the sensor OX05B1S in capture 4.2.

This means that the sensor already separates the image into IR and RGB?

I thougt that the AM62 ISP separte the RAW RGB+IR streams not the imager itself.

No, that's not the case. The sensor always sends raw RGB-IR data in 4x4 pattern. The ISP will demosaic RGB and IR data.

The sensor uses two virtual channels which are synchronized to IR illumination. When IR illumination is on, the sensor uses virtual channel 0, and when IR illumination is off, the sensor uses virtual channel 1.
