I am using the CCS 20.1.1 version. When I clicked the button "Browse software and examples", the second picture will be shown. But, after a few second, the third picture will be shown. How to fix this?

Hello,
Looks like cloud agent timed out. I assume you are using a proxy to connect to the internet. Is this an intermittent issue or does it happens all the time when you try to use Resource Explorer? Can you browse for extensions or do any other action that requires internet access?
