Tool/software:
I tried booting over Ethernet.
This is how I configured Ethernet boot mode (bootswitches):

Ethernet |
00110000 |
11000100 |
I configured DHCP/BOOTP server and TFTP server on my laptop. I put these files: tiboot3.bin, tispl.bin, u-boot.img to TFTP server. I connected the board (sk-am62-sip) with my laptop using Ethernet cable.
On power up I can see the initial TFTP for tiboot3.bin and the SPL executes.
However, SPL hangs while trying to boot from eth device. I do not see any bootp requests in Wireshark. It looks like there is an issue with the eth or mdio driver:
U-Boot SPL 2024.04-ti-g29d0c23d67ee (Nov 29 2024 - 11:41:54 +0000)
SYSFW ABI: 4.0 (firmware rev 0x000a '10.1.8--v10.01.08 (Fiery Fox)')
SPL initial stack usage: 13392 bytes
