Controlling the CC33x devices via M4F on AM62x is not supported via the MCU+ SDK today. There is an RTOS SDK for CC33XX-RTOS-MCU but this is not explored in context of M4F running FreeRTOS on AM62x.

By default, the Processor SDK Linux for AM62x includes support for the M.2-CC33x1 on the following starter kits:

• SK-AM62A-LP

• SK-AM62P-LP
