AM625: AM62 - uart6 configuration

I am trying to configure uart6 on AM62 - system linux for BeaglePlay (6.6.32-ti-arm64-r10). Uart6 - ttyS1 and the debug uart0 and uart5 from mikrobus are configured as follows in *.dts file:

I cannot display ttyS1(uart6) in /dev:

However it is registered:

Hi Michal,

I don't expect the following kernel message, never saw it before.

[1.303668] serial serial0: tty port ttyS1 registered

Can you please remove the 'mcu' node from &main_uart6 mode to see if this message still prints and /dev/ttyS1 shows up?

Thank you for the solution - ttyS1 is appeared and right now works.
a) first I made compilation of modified *.dts file
b) then I replaced all occurrences of old *.dtb file
c) reboot the system
