What is the maximum memory usage of LPDDR4 and what is the EVM process at that time on 722SXH01EVM?

(ex. Max. memory usage : 3.5GB, Process : Object detection and identification mark display by NPU)

We are currently considering LPDDR memory capacity and would like to refer to EVM.

Hi Furuna-san,

The LPDDR4 memory on the EVM is MT53E2G32D4DE-046 AUT:C , which is an 8GB memory (the max supported by the TDA4VEN DDRSS).

Please note that the EVM design files can be found at the link below, which should include the schematic as well as a BOM (bill of materials). The memory populated on the EVM should be documented in these files. https://www.ti.com/tool/J722SXH01EVM
