Hello,
I have general question.
I would like to know if somewhere I can find information regarding storage conditions of TI's devices.
For example C2000 or transistors or amplifiers or logic gates.
Like how long and in what condition device can be stored before being used in manufacturing.
Also if device lays on the shelf 3 years, then maybe I can do some tests to verify it and then it can lay 3 years more - thats just example what i would like to know.
Are there any resources from TI I can read?
