TMDS64EVM: SD Card booting on latest SDK release

Hi team,

Is there a known issue with creating an SD card for the AM64x EVM? Customer was trying to update to the latest SDK and used the instructions to program the SD card with balena etcher. They've tried the Yocto wic image from 11.00.09.04 and 09.02.01.10. Both result in a blank serial console. Tried all of the tiboot3.bin choices, although it should be the hs-fs version.

Letting you know that we tried as close to the original SD card version as they could find, and that image worked: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM64X/08.04.01.04

But this is very old, and they want to be up to date with bootloaders/uboot for their product releases.
