TMDSEMUPROTRACE: TMDSEMUPROTRACE

I am getting the an error being reported when trying to connect a TMDSEMUPROTRACE to a known good TMDSEVM6678L with the unit powered on and the pod cables properly connected to both the main emulator unit and to the JTAG connector on the EVM. This configuration worked when we intially received the TMDSEMUPROTRACE. The emulator log follows:
