Tool/software:
Port EtherCAT slave demo from R5F to FreeRTOS A53(Not Linux). Is it feasible ? Are there any risks? Or is it just because the A53 drive hasn't been developed yet? Please give me some guidance and suggestions.

It's definitely feasible, in addition to EtherCAT driver porting (which is low risk), it also depends on what other drivers are required on A53 by your application from MCU+ SDK side
