I want to connect two DM6437 kits using VLYNQ interface... I use DC_P3 connectors of both DSP's by connecting Tx pins with Rx pins as (TX0 with RX0, TX1 with RX1, TX2 with RX2 and TX3 with RX3).... but this configuration doesn't work.
In the "DM6437/C6424 DSP/BIOS PSP USER's MANUAL" it is stated that :
""To run VLYNQ sample, hardware setup will consist of two back to back connected DM6437 EVM. These EVMs are connected using mini-PCI connectors. The mini-PCI connectors are having two ports P2 and P3. The FRC cable should be connected to P2 port at one end and P3 port at the other end. The EVM where FRC cable is connect to P2 will act as master VLYNQ device and the other will act as slave VLYNQ device."" What does the ports P2 and P3 points to ??? What vll be the correct configuration for the VLYNQ to work properly ?? Which connectors are to be connected in which way for smooth VLYNQ communication.
