If you mean https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320C6204 , that part is obsolete. You should look at newer parts for any new design. For example https://www.ti.com/product/OMAP-L138 should significantly outperform it and support the same IO capability.

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, this is the EVM for AM62 processors: https://www.ti.com/tool/SK-AM62B-P1. Please, note that this EVM is using AM6254 version which has the full features for the AM62x family.

The details for the various devices in the AM62x family are included in the datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/am625.pdf. See Table 5-1 on page 9.
