Hello Olivier,
I'm working on high priority items right now and I'll get back to you end of day tomorrow.
Thanks,

Hello Olivier,
Apologies for the delay.
There is a python script that can be used to measure power in Linux: https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=A__ATdPfLBbC88LvSHT9ueRsg__AM62-ACADEMY__uiYMDcq__LATEST
The INA I2C address within the script will need to be changed according to the schematic of the SK-AM62-SIP EVM: https://www.ti.com/tool/SK-AM62-SIP
If you have Code Composer Studio installed, there is a firmware that can be used under "<CCS install location>/ccs/ccs_base/common/uscif/xds110". You can use the on-board debugger XDS110 by flashing the firmware onto it and connecting JTAG.
Best Regards,
Anshu
