Sorry for my delay in responding. As far as I know, we have not used this specific NAND device in our testing. However, it is possible to check whether or not a NAND device is compatible by checking Appendix B of the bootloader app note, which is available on the AM1808 product folder page. For non-ONFI devices that are larger than 128 MB, you will want to look at Table 13, which lists the expected contents of the NAND device's fourth ID byte. Please check your NAND device datasheet to see if its ID byte contents are compatible with the bootloader.
