EVMAM1808: TPS65070's PB_OUT connection wrong

I would like to ask a question with EVMAM1808.

TPS65070'S PB_OUT

First, it is an open-drain output ⟹ pullup resistor is needed.

Example: Fig.49 of TPS65070 datasheet SLVS950C.

EVMAM1808:

1. No pullup
2. Instead, R199=22Ω which the value normally used for series termination.

However, TPS65070's PB_OUT as an input to OMAP L138 is not a high-speed signal at all, which changes only with PB_IN#.

It therefore seems to me that this is an error in the connection here. Could anyone confirm it?
