For 12.4, you would use the TVT feature for trace:

Note that CCS Eclipse and TVT have both been deprecated in support.

It's mentioned like TDA4VH is not in the supported list of devices.

So, like I cannot trace using TVT for TDA4VH?

Note that the exact text is "Supported devices include"

So the list of devices there is a subset of the complete list. I believe TDA4H is indeed supported. 

ok, I did use CCS 20.1 , created a launch.json and ran sample app for c7x , I can see core trace happening, I am doing in SD card boot mode. Is debugging in no boot mode supported ? I am facing issues like low power clk.

This is not supported in CCS 20.

I need to analyze the trace, a graph representation is possible?

You would need to roll back to CCS 12.8 for the functionality you are interested in.
