Dear Tech Support Team,
Customer feedback that the host PC cannot detect the item after we connect TMDSEMU560V2STM-UE to the host PC.
This is the second piece we bought - the first piece was fine, the host PC immediately detects the device after we connect it.Replacement needed.
Per customer, we tried it with the USB cable of the 1st piece that we bought. Nothing. No detection by host PC.
Please advise if the part should be return to TI and a replacement can be sent. Thanks.
