This is Not related to any TI parts..

I'm struggling to change my account email address, and I don't see any on-line live (or not) support available for this.

How can I change email address associated with my account? The email settings under my TI's dashboard sends verification code supposedly to my email address registered. But, I have tried this now 4 times, and nothing happens.

Please help , TI..?

Thanks for responding Tatiana Tatiana S - Admin but that is where the problem is: in that Customer support there is No live or email support, and the steps procedure given to change / update email address is Precisiely my issue - they don't work, as I do not get any emails notifications - Crucial to receive the Security Code to before you can do any changes.

I receive _this_ forum notifications just fine (I have received your reply by same exact email address I have with TI), but I cannot get any of those Security Code notifications. I have now tried 2 days in the raw, and No. Not working.

I can login into TI main side and then to _this_ design forum, with same credentials just fine.

Hey @Tatiana S, thanks seems I finally was able to get in touch with support and resolve it.
