Hi Viral,

We plan to release a new version of the Data Manual around 12/15/2011 which will have the DDR3 routing guidelines

Dear Alejandro, Your previous datasheet Document No: SPRS717 was missing this information and it is added in latest datasheet Document No: SPRS717A (release this month Jan 2012).

I saw that there is a checklist for DDR3 layout in the latest datasheet, but where can I get DDR3 reference design schematics!
