Are you testing using the standalone SDL bist_example? Could you please share your output logs and more details on your boot flow?

I didn't use the standalone SDL bist_example.I combined the image of mcu10 and sciclient_clear_clec_secure_claim_c7x_1_release.xe71 into one image and loaded it through sbl boot .The following figure shows the output log information

Could you please use the latest 10.1 SDK?

In SDK 9.1 and onwards, the MCU R5 can modify the CLEC, as updated SYSFW image is allowing for this. The MCU R5 can then program the CLEC as it wants, whether it be for A72 / C7x / ANA and you would not have to use the sciclient_clear_clec_secure_claim_c7x_1_release binary.
