I want to control the GPIO in the tiboot3 using mcu_sdk_9.0, and I can see the GPIO_init and Drivers_gpioOpen function are available in the.xdt file.

So, can you share me the steps to add GPIO support in sdk.

Need more help on the eMMC boot part switching. Can we read and write the mmc's extcsd register from the otp's tiboot3 source code to switching mmc boot partitions?

May I know the use case for this?

We want to flash tiboot3.bin(OTP Keywriter) into the mmcblk0boot0 and boot from it, once key is flash into the processor it should change extcsd and boot from the mmcblk0boot1.
Can we do it from the OTP keywriter tool?

How are you doing it? There is no eMMC on the SK-AM64B board.

I have modified the example.syscfg file and make it mmc1 in sysconfig tool, insert the SD card and run the example.

This is applicable for eMMC only not for SD card.

Yes, you are right, but once I get the changes to read EXTCSD register I will modify the sysconfig in MCU+SDK and generate the tiboot3.bin and will test on our custom board.

I have attached my example.syscfg to enable the eMMC but getting error in while booting.

I believe this is your custom board. If so, have you run successfully MMCSD_RAW_IO example with eMMC?

This is my custom board. I used the reference of the MMCSD_RAW_IO example to modify the example.syscfg file while running the tiboot3.bin from the ti-otp-keywriter.

SD Card and JTAG supports are not in custom board, so I have to modify the tiboot3.bin and test.

Also, I have renamed the <example>.appimage.hs_fs file to tiboot3.bin and paste into the USB to check the example but not getting any prints. mmc1 test I have done with the CCS and JTAG, and able to run it. 

1. Can you suggest how to run any example using USB drive?

2. What are the changes required in example.syscfg file to enable eMMC?

Please follow the similar steps for testing the MMCSD_RAW_IO example with eMMC.

Just adding the MMCSD module in the Sysconfig is enough the enable the eMMC.

As I mention we don't have the JTAG support in custom board and eMMC and USB are the only bootable options.

Then, please use the SBL_EMMC bootloader to boot any examples in the SDK like MMCSD_RAW_IO:
