Hi,
Would the AM6548 be compatible with this DDR4 device: MT40A1G16TD-062EAUT:F ?
This is a 96-ball FBGA package in 1G x 16 configuration.
I noticed that this DDR4 device does not use the following signals: A17, BG1, CKE1, CS1n, and ODT1.
The datasheet for the AM6548 lists the pin mapping in Table 5-9, but doesn't seem to mention what to do with unused pins.
