Tool/software:

Write using DAC region, write enable byte "0x06" append automatically at front of spi burst.

Is there any configuration available to disable this append?

Besides, do the flash-nor support DAC write by replacing "OSPI_writeIndirect" in OSPI_norFlashWrite function? (ospi_flash_diag example)

Result shown only 4 bytes updated

Currently the DAC writes are not implemented/supported for NOR flashes in the SDK offering inside the ospi drivers which you can find at source/drivers/ospi.

DAC writes in itself is not possible as of the current state of the drivers.

Is your question more like: While doing DAC is just enabled and no operation like erase, read or write is happening, the Write Enable is being sent out?

When write to memory map region, from scope a <write enable byte> observed before spi burst sent.

So as long as write, <write enable byte> will be sent right?

From your reply, nothing can be done to disable this?

Yes this is expected as to write we will have to firstly send write enable. Then this is followed by the write command and then the subsequent information like the offset to write to and the value stored inside the transmit buffer to be written.
