AM625SIP: Boot from USB - no DFU capable USB device available

Tool/software:

Hi team,

My customer has their custom board using AM625SIP and is working on bringing it up. They have it set to fallback boot from USB and are able to successfully scan the device with dfu-util. They were hoping to use a prebuilt binary to easily get to the command line as opposed to doing a custom Yocto build. They tried using the prebuilt binaries in the SDK (both ti-processor-sdk-linux-am62xx-evm-11.00.09.04/board-support/prebuilt-images/am62xx-evm and ti-processor-sdk-linux-am62xxsip-evm-10.01.10.04-Linux-x86-Install.bin) but is getting the same results. After flashing tiboot3.bin, they lose communication with the DFU.

Any suggestions on what to do to get things up and running?

Best,

Luke
