    I'm not sure of its downtime around when you had raised this E2E, but having checked this E2E and then our website https://git.ti.com, I am able to access it currently.

    Generally, if you are behind a proxy server, you may need to use appropriate proxy settings (here, out of HTTPS Proxy and No Proxy) to access the external URLs. Please check for your operation again and let us know if this issue still persists.
