I am considering using the AM5708.

I need to configure an RS-485 interface, but can you tell me if this can be achieved using the built-in UART?

It would be helpful if you could provide a reference circuit.

Hello Hiroshi,

This functionality is not directly supported by our SW, since it is not validated but there is a reference in the schematics for AM57:

Hiroshi,

Yes, you can copy this design, it is a reference meant to help our customers. In terms of modifying it, as long a s customer knows what they are doing it should be fine. We have minimal expertise in our team so in terms of software control we do not have much. The functionality of this peripheral is not a part of our standard SDK.
