SK-AM62: Encrypted ROOTFS support

talking with our development team it sounds like this is in the plan for our SDK v12.0 (or v12.1), which basically means 1Q26. Until then the E2E FAQ you found at https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1381185/faq-sk-am62b-p1-how-to-implement-encrypted-filesystems-using-dm-crypt-and-initramfs is probably your best bet.
