Slave loader required

Hi I am using ezsdk_dm816x-evm_5_02_02_60_setuplinux.

And hdvpss_01_00_01_28. To load ti816x_hdvpss.xem3 where to get the slaveloader.

I searched in board-support-packages it not available, Only firmware loader is present there.

Where can I get the slaveloader to load the hdvpss xem3.

Hi Ramakrishna,

To load the ti816x_hdvpss.xem3 firmware in the EZSDK you could use the firmware loader itself. The slaveloader application is present within syslink and is built as part of syslink's sample applications build. Please take a look at syslink's documentation on how to build the slaveloader.

Slaveloader is a part of syslink release. You can download syslink at http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/syslink/index.html Compiling slaveloader is a part of syslink install guide under docs folder of syslink userguide. You can open index.html and click install_guide. ti816x_hdvpss.xem3 and slaveloader binary could be found under PSP release at http://bangsdowebsvr01.india.ti.com:8060/LinuxPSP/DM816x_04_00/ under HDVPSS binary package.
