SK-AM62A-LP: Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill the idle task!

we are using processor-sdk 10.00.1  and we have enabled ddr ecc in u-boot from the ti ​software-dl.ti.com/.../UG-DDRSS.html .after that we try to boot the board it was showing below error.I am providing  boot log for the reference.
