SYS/BIOS 6.x support for TMS320C6415T and TMS320C6713B

Hi, I was going to migrate our projects from DSP/BIOS 5 to SYS/BIOS 6 since the source code for the TI Realtime OS is now available and it makes it very appealing. But then I realized that there is NO SUPPORT for these DSP in SYS/BIOS 6 ? Why is that ? This sounds like a product manager decision since it doesn't make any technical sense. Any idea if that has a chance to change ? Or is there a plan to release the source code of DSP/BIOS 5.x at one point ? Best regards, Christophe

    Hi Christophe --

    There are no plans to support those devices in SYS/BIOS 6.x.

    SYS/BIOS is a pretty major refactoring and rewrite of DSP/BIOS 5.x.   We support new devices with SYS/BIOS 6.x, but did not invest resources in supporting all existing devices since we already have support for them in DSP/BIOS.
