Hi,

We made an audio interface between a Beagleboard X15, TPA6120, and a HiFi avionic headset. We heard a lot of noise. Could you please suggest how to fix the issue?

For your reference, I have provided the connection diagram and system-level and TPA6120 interface circuit, with the Begaleboard x15, Scope, and frequency analyser waveforms also added.

Are you connecting the Left and Right outputs from Beagle board together? I'm not that familiar with BeagleBone X15 (not TI product), but are these separate channels - not differential?

No in our case we have connected left and right output of the Beagle Board to TPA6120 LIN+ signal and LIN- is connected to GND. we used TPA6120 as single ended instead of Differential. Same thing we tried with laptop and its working without Noise. and one more observation when we connected Hi-Fi avionic headset (360 Ohms load) Directly to Begle Bone X15 we heard background noise when no audio play case. So please clarify

Noise when no audio play use-case...meaning McASP was not running, confirming the noise is NOT related to digital to analog conversion, correct? Have you requested support from BeagleBoard for this issue?
