Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

1) Load_getCPULoad()
    This API is for the CPU and does not support the DSP.

2) If I want to check the DSP load, I need to implement Load_getDSPLoad() yourself.

3) There is no other way to check the DSP load provided
   in SDK 6.3 (https://downloads.ti.com/infotainment/esd/jacinto6/processor-sdk-linux-automotive/6_00_00_03/index_FDS.html).

4)  This is included in my initial question. 
     The following documentation states that it will be implemented later, but "dspload" has not been implemented yet.

Regarding your query, there isn't a built-in tool like mpuload specifically for monitoring DSP cores on the DRA7x platform. For the C66x DSP core, you can use Load_getCPULoad() to estimate the CPU load (If dsp is running SYS/BIOS(TI-RTOS), then the function estimate the CPU load of the DSP core).
