We are using a Linux system where the eMMC0 interface is connected to an electronic disk. Currently, it is utilizing 16GB of memory. What is the maximum supported memory capacity? We need to store a large amount of data in our Linux system application, requiring a storage capacity of at least 512GB. What methods can we employ to achieve this? Currently, eMMC0 and eMMC1 are not used simultaneously. Is it possible to use eMMC0 as the system disk while utilizing the SD card on eMMC1 as the storage medium for our application?

Hello,

There is no defined limit on the card sizes by the MMCSD controller.

It is possible. The Linux Kernel enumerates both the cards and so are available for R/W at runtime.

Glad to receive your message! Does that mean the program does not impose any size limitations on eMMC interface storage devices, so the usable capacity is exactly the actual capacity of the connected storage device? Is that correct?
