MP meant mass production.  sorry for the confusion.

gang programmer is flash writer that writing image into the flash without AM6442. it will write image directly to the flash.

if customer uses gang programmer, boot sequence is not proper.

I am not sure what peripheral Gang Programmer uses. Does it use UART or USB to flash to the FLASH Part?

Their plan is writing external flash before mount, through OSPI. and then they attach the memory on board.

Still not sure what Gang Programmer uses at the low level to write to the flash/program the flash. Does it use some sort of a protocol, if yes then what is it?

Here is a breakdown of what is required:

• The binary of all the files to be flashed.
• The offsets of all the binaries to be flashed to the flash part.

Once these binaries are flashed, the booting should happen.

Let me know what all binaries you are looking forward to flashing. You can take the reference of one of the configuration files from the directory: C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am64x_11_00_00_15\tools\boot\sbl_prebuilt

Yes. and about the flash data, they read it from the working board's flash. if that's the case, it should have binary of all files and also offsets. is there any other reason it will not operate properly?
