AM6442: AM64x Linux RT SDK v 11 - were there any UDP ingress & egress tests run on the ICSSG Ethernet Driver ? (those dealing with the PRUs)

Hmm, SDK 10.0 is the last time I see UDP tests reported for either CPSW or ICSSG. In that SDK release, PRU Ethernet was also tested, but the title "UDP Throughput" is missing before the PRU Ethernet UDP tests only CPSW was tested:

There is something wrong with the AM64x ICSSG  TCP test results reported in SDK 11.0 and SDK 10.1, they are much lower than they should be:

This same thing happened a couple of years back when SDK 8.4 had weird numbers. I filed a bug but it does not look like the test infrastructure got any better in later releases. and it was fixed for SDK 8.6...

I'll file another bug to get UDP re-added to CPSW tests, the title re-added above the ICSSG UDP tests, and the throughput test results fixed (again), and see what we can do to fix the performance test process in future SDK releases.
