AM623: How to design the Camera Interface circuit?

Hi Expert,

The first picture below is the output interface of AM62x Camera MIPI, and the second picture is the Camera Interface we are currently using. How to connect the 4 PINs CAM1_MCLK / CAM1_RST / CAM1_RST / FLASH_LED? (Camera Driver IC FP5510A)

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the query.

The signals you listed (CAM1_PWDN is not included) are expected to be connected to or driven by SOC LVCMOS IOs.

You need to connect to SOC IOs.

Ensure IO level compatibility and fail-safe operation ( no inputs should be applied before supply ramps).

Not sure on the expectation.

For the GPIO, add a pullup or pulldown based on the functionality.

Ensue the IO levels of the SOC and the attached device matches.
