    Hi Xingyu,

    The initial Hardware Design Guidelines for AM275 are available as part of the AM275X-RESTRICTED-DOCS-ADVANCE onerelease folder.  You can find the request button on the AM275 product page.  Please instruct your customer to request access to this folder and they will get the initial version of the guidelines
