We need to get the external DRAM temperature. In the TRM, Temp Sensor 0: DDR is mentioned. Is this the DDR controller? Is there a way to get the external DRAM temperature?

Xue,
Temp Sensor 0 is a temp sensor inside the AM62A device near the DDR subsystem (it is not part of the DDR controller)
LPDDR4 memories have a temp sensor, but there is no way to get the DRAM temperature specifically. LPDDR4 has a feature which allows for dynamic updates of the refresh rate based on its temperature, but this is implemented using MR4 which indicates what refresh rate should be supplied to the memory. Dynamic refresh updates is currently not an available feature in the DDR driver in our Linux SDK, but is expected to be available in a future release.
