Our customer run into eMMC boot issue with Samsung eMMC (KLM8G1GEUF-B04Q057).
1. The failure log is as below
2. This failure happens when ambient temperature is 85C; All the boards fail at every boot;
3. If lower clk to 50MHz, the board can boot successfully. But if clock exceeds 100MHz, it will fail;
4. OSPI+eMMC boot can work; but eMMC boot will fail;
5. The clk and date waveform is as below:
