I posted something similar and it got moved, but this is really specific to the omap platform and its hardware. Our hardware designers hosed the power-on reset from watchdog and our system no longer reboots. I'm just wondering if there is any registers or something I missed that will give us a second way of restarting the OMAPl138 processor before we change our power management to be recoverable after a suspended state.
