TDA4AEN-Q1: app_tidl_demo crashes when consuming a bmp file

b.t.w. I used the following api to generate the above bmp file from a vx_image object which is the obj->display_image of single_cam_demo pipeline:

I think the vision apps user guide for tidl_demo explained this:

"the application accepts a list of .bmp files of resolution less than 640x512 specified in names.txt file."

In my case, the single_cam_demo would produce a YUV image with resolution of 1344x1080. also the converted bmp file has 1 bit depth while the example bmp files are all of 3 bit depth.

So I am looking for some changes on single_cam_demo or tidl_demo which could make them work in a pipeline.
